Cold food I can take in a cooler for traveling?!

Question: Cold food I can take in a cooler for traveling!?
I will be taking an 8hr road trip in a few weeks!. I did one of these back in October also and I made some chicken salad sandwiches (they were vegan) and some fruit with me so that I could save money & time by not stopping for food!.

I don't feel like eating the sandwich again, and I can't have PB&J cause i am pregnant and they tell u to not eat PB (rolls eyes)!. So I don't know what to do!.

I am thinking of making a pasta salad and a fruit dish!. any other idea on cold food I can keep in a cooler!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know whats wrong with these answerers!. Pasta salad and a fruit dish sounds tasty, also you could try bringing along some cheese sandwiches, yogurt, fruit, granola, whip up a yogurt parfait! Bring along some nuts, trail mix perhaps!. Veggie burgers, ice cream, noodles that you can heat up, rice!. Have fun! ?

ps!. I do eat meat myself, and I'm not a moron -_-!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pack some vanilla yogurt (i LOVE dannon), some fresh fruit (or packaged if it's organic or doesn't have sugar added), and granola (I like the Bare Naked brand)!. You get the whole grains from granola, protein & calcium from yogurt, and vitamins from the fruit!. You can add protein powder if you want!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

FIRST YOU PACK A BIG *** PEACE OF HAMMMMMMMM
AND TURKEY AND JUCIY CHICKEN
THEN YOU GO AND GET A HAM DRINK AND DRINK IT ALL UP BECAUSE YOU A MEAT EATER!.! Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eat some organic meat

The Demand for Organic Foods
Sales for organic foods have been growing at a rate of 21%!. 14% of Americans say that they eat more organic food than they did one year ago!. Nearly 2/3 of US consumers purchased at least some organic food in 2005!. However 7 out of 10 consumers who do not eat organic food say the reason is cost!. Organic foods can cost anywhere from 50-100% more than conventional foods!. In fact 86% of Americans report that they would eat more organic food if the prices were lower!.

While the demand for organic food continues to grow and availability increases, prices will continue to drop!. Experts in the organic industry say that when all the benefits of health and
nutrition are factored in, organic foods are in fact the better bargain over conventional foods!.

Clearly there are tremendous benefits for an expectant mother to eat organic foods during pregnancy since she exposes herself and her baby to harmful chemicals with conventional foods!. In fact, many experts agree that the biggest risk to the baby is from pesticides and herbicides in conventionally grown fruits and vegetables from the mother's diet!. These chemicals have been shown to cross the placenta!.

Children and pregnant women are also most vulnerable to the affects of synthetic growth hormones since studies have shown they can alter hormone production, lead to reproductive and developmental problems and possibly lead to cancer!. Hormones found in beef are linked to early onset of puberty in girls which may in turn lead to breast cancer as well

Most of all during the course of your pregnacy DO NOT HAVE A VEGAN DIET AND DO NOT EAT SOY AT ALL NOT EVEN SOY BY PRODUCTS
