Making seitan cutlets but only have tempeh?!
They are supposed to be seitan cutlets with a red wine and mushroom sauce, but I only have tempeh!. If I make the sauce and want to eat it with the tempeh, how would I best prepare the tempeh!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

In a wide, heavy saute pan over medium heat, warm 2 tablespoons of the oil!.
