I'm not familiar with that brand, but if the ingredients are mainly potato starch, corn starch, etc!., then, no, you can't!.
You can make tofu scramble, though! It's delicious!. :) Take a block of firm or extra firm tofu, drain and press it, and cut into small cubes or crumble it!. Heat a bit of oil in a pan, add the tofu & cook a little, then add some chopped onion, bell pepper, a little celery or celery flakes, and 2-3 cloves of minced garlic!. Let it cook a few minutes, stirring/flipping often so it doesn't stick, and add more oil if needed!. then add a little turmeric, Bragg's or soy sauce, and some grated carrots!. Let it cook again until the carrots are soft enough, and then eat as is, or on some toast!. Yum! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am not sure about egg replacer, but I would use tofu!. I would take a block of tofu and squeeze it with my hands!. They would look a lot like scrambled eggs!. Then I would put some tomatoes, sugar, and salt, and spices!. But, don't eat too much tofu, as unfermented soy product inhibits mineral absorption!. To read more, please read Daniel Kaayla's "The Whole Soy Story!." Tempeh is good, because it is fermented!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
