I'm also lactose intolerant!. Soy milk is ok; I only use it when I put it in cereal, instant mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, smoothies, etc!. Silk Soymilk is pretty good, and I recommend the Vanilla flavor!. The regular flavor is TERRIBLE!. I've heard from friends who aren't vegan, vegetarian OR lactose intolerant that chocolate soymilk is delicious, but I've never had it!.
Health Food Stores (like Whole Foods) sell an abundance of lactose free items; a lot of regular grocery stores/chains have an organic/specialty section with gluten- and lactose-free products as well!.
You can also try Lactaid - it's a lactase supplement to help your body break down lactose!. Only take half of a pill, though - if you take a full pill and you're not drinking a half gallon of milk, you're stomach will get very upset!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You mean to say that the pus excreted from cow's udders is food!? You can eat anything that falls under the umbrella of "food" !.!.!. and allow me to assure you: if it requires you kneeling down and wrapping your lips on an unknown cow's udders, then it isn't food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They now make lots of food for you to eat safely!.

There is soy cheese and soy products; lactose free milk, soy cream cheese and cheese cakes!. Check out a local health food store or even your local grocery store for lactose free foods!. You can even find soy ice cream that tastes good!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Other good sources of calcium include shrimp and almonds!. You can also buy foods that have been calcium-fortified, such as cereals, orange juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
