GO VEGAN!!!!! obviously you don't eat meat!. the foods i like to eat are!.!.!.ummm!.!.!.!. nothing much really, blueberry waffles (without syrup), salads (yummy), WATER
since i became vegan, vegitarian, or whatever people say i'm underweight!. and i used to be the biggest fatass! i think right now i weigh the same as i was when i was like 7 or somethingWww@FoodAQ@Com

Dont go straight into veganism just because you want to lose weight!. Especially if you have been eating meat, dairy, and eggs your whole life!. Try being a vegetarian first, and then ease into being a vegan!. You wont necessarily lose weight, because it mostly depends on how much food you eat!. And as for what to eat, just eat anything that doesnt have meat in it!. Make sure you check labels on all processed foods!. also, I have never met a fat vegan!. I think its impossible, since you cant eat bread, dairy, eggs, mostly any carbs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

still 150 pounds!. if you don't lose weight automatically by eating a low fat vegan diet you can exercise!.

i like veggie hot dogs, burrito with tofu, ziti with arrabiata sauce,
grilled seitan!. soy chicken cheesesteak from govindas in philadelphia, black bean tacos with pico de gallo, 7 layer burrito without cheese or sour cream at taco bell,
carrot, celery, lentil soup!. thai coconut soup, mash potatoes!.

I've seen plenty slightly pudgy(but certainly not obese)vegans!. Mainly because they are so busy trying to hunt down fake steaks and fake cheeses that they forget about the real stuff like fresh fruits and veggies,nuts,beans,and whole grains!.



'Young Black and Smart: wow!. Your "fact" about the japangnese is false!. Actually, the japanese eat a ton of veggies!. Including lots of edamame!. They did a survey among japan families and their favorite dish was vegetable soup with like 15 different types of vegetables in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it really all depends on how your eating habits are afterwards!. if you eat too much bread and other foods such as that the carbohydrates will get to you!. i'm only vegetarian and thought many times of becoming a vegan, and looking into would be a good idea!. i lost about ten pounds but i also stay active!. you can be a vegetarian and still be able to eat things like cookies and chips and other fattening foods!. go to goveg!.com and you can find all sorts of info there, as well as order a vegetarian starter kit (it also has information on becoming vegan) for free!. morning start products are ALL vegan, and taste absolutely delicious!. they have fake counterparts of chicken nuggets, turkey, sausage, burgers, etc!. and many restaurants offer vegan meals these days like denny's, johnny rocket's, chile's, and burger king!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes i have always had a slim build!.
no i did not lose weight when i became vegan, that wasn't the point!
i eat a lot of diff vegetables with pasta and rice!.
if you are thinking of becoming vegan i would recommend buying a cookbook, its hard at first to think of meals to make!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am a few pounds over what I would like to be, but in good shape!. I like to eat though!.
