Answers:
Everytime you crave cow carcass - remember what it really is & eat a veggie burger or some protein - which is really what you are craving!.Go for dark chocolate (vegan, as opposed to milk chocolate)!. Go vegan and NO BODY - not you & your healthy - nor the animals' - get hurt!.

Well, considering this is the Vegetarian and Vegan section, you will most likely find at least some vegans on here!. ;)
Helpful tips for you (crash course!):
--> Start eating healthier!. Like, keep on eating meat, but work some more vegetables and fruit into your food gradually, until you find yourself having salads for dinner instead of chicken!.
--> Survey the amount of meat you eat!. Is it in all of your meals!? Or do you sometimes have vegetarian food without noticing it!? (marinara pasta, cereal, eggs and waffles, oatmeal, rice and vegetables, spring rolls, etc!.)!. This will help you realize how much vegetarian food there is out there without realizing it!.
--> You will get this one a lot: gradually cut out red meats first, then poultry, then all remaining white meat!. I took the cold-tofu approach, but some people I guess find this one to work better!. If you want to, drop the dairy and eggs later!.
-->Sources of protein: milk, eggs, nuts, seeds, almost anything
-->Talk to your doctor/nutritionist before starting a vegan diet

Try substituting the morning star farms products for meat and also try Quorn!. It tastes like chicken and it's veggie! (Not vegan, though!) Here are the websites!.!.!.!.http://www!.quorn!.us/
