my uncles sister doesn't eat meat except on Thanksgiving!.
So like i said!. Do what you need to do!. If you need to eat meat then do it
but don't over do it, you will not like how you feel afterwards!.

I don't see how you can have NO other choice!. And it depends are you doing it for the animals!? If so the I don't even see how you could ask because i could never eat meat again!. I care to much!. But if it's for health then idk!. Techincally you CAN do whatever you want, I just don't understand why you'd want to!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it's not a moral decision why you are vegan, then I couldn't see why you could skip one day!. I personally would have a problem regarding thinking by flaking on my diet for one day!. By doing so, I've just killed an animal!. If you have no problem with that, then do what you need to do I guess!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depending on how long it's been since you've eaten meat it might make you sick (not deathly ill, just very upset tummy)!. My aunt can't eat meat at all since she's a vegetarian!. I don't see how you can have no choice though, I mean why not just make your self a PB&J!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's OK to eat however you want!. People choose to be vegan for one of two reasons!. It's either a moral or nutritional agenda!. If you choose to be a mostly vegan but cheat every now and again there's no reason to beat yourself up over it!. There's more to being healthy than what you eat!. Sure it helps to eat good foods, and it's far better to eat whole foods over processed foods, but exercise is another determining factor in one's overall health!. It's all about balance!. A wide variety of whole foods; grains, beans, nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, etc!. can go a long way to sustain a healthy lifestyle and a little lean meat once a week or so isn't going to hurt!.
