Answers:
Add a reasonable amount of fats to your diet-- nuts, avocado, cook with healthy oils, Fat has more than twice the amount of calories of any carb or protein per gram!. Look for an online calorie calculator to see about how many calories you should be eating to maintain your weight!. Here's an example of one http://www!.wvda!.org/calcs/ Enter the weight you'd like to be, rather than your current weight!. Write down what you eat and how much, then figure out about how much you should be eating!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

What you would need is more fat and carbs!. Look for other grains with less gluten, like oats, barley, corn, or other things like that!.
Beans and other legumes will be good, too!. Lentils, black beans, red beans, to name a few, are great sources of protein and starches!.

Why would you be on a low GI diet to begin with!? From the sounds of it, you're already a healthy person!. Whatever you were doing before should work out just fine!.
If you're worried about your overall health, talk to your doctor or a nutritionist!. They'll tell you the right thing to do!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
