You just stick them in your mouth and chew and swallow!. Sometimes we have to do what we consider unpleasant!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Mix Different Vegetables you like in a salad, or as pizza toppings!. Many different fruits and vegetables can go in a salad!. Use your favorite dressing, but make sure it's a light dressing!. Sometimes my kids only eat vegetables when they are in a salad!. I try to invent my own styles of salad!. Or Perhaps you could look for vitamins that give you the same things fresh vegetables can give you!. But only as a supplement!. When I make fruit drinks in the Blender, I use unsweetened apple juice to give the drink some sweet taste!. A lot of ice, maybe add frozen or fresh Strawberries, Mango's and ripe Banana's!. Make your own kind of V-8 drink!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Look for some juicing recipes!. You'd be surprised how good they can taste-- not at all like soup or V8!. You can add fruit to sweeten it up!. Or, find a place in your area with a juice bar and try some to see if you like them!. A downside to juicing is that I didn't have a very good machine and it took a lot of vegetables to make a small amount of juice!.
also try looking for food recipes that include vegetables as an ingredient, instead of eating veggies plain!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think the key to making them taste better is to use various spices and seasonings!. You can make almost anything taste good when you use the proper spices!. Or you can melt cheese on them!. For example, you can cook broccolli or cauliflower and add salt, pepper, and melted cheese on top!. Another idea is to take raw vegetables and prepare or buy your own dip for them!. You could try ranch dressing, a bean dip, or maybe an italian style dressing (these can mask the flavore of the vegetable if it is the taste that bothers you)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I'm not a big vegetable lover either, BUT I discovered if I take some carrots, celery, and a sweet onion and stir fry them in a bit of olive oil ~ I LOVE them! It's one of my favorite things to eat --- the other thing you may want to do is just by the pre-cut veggies from wal-mart or any other store and that way all you have to do is rinse them off, put them in the pan w/some olive oil & about 5 minutes later you're done! =-)Www@FoodAQ@Com
you need to eat them, not drink them!. One big benefit of vegetables is the fiber!. It cleans your system and takes toxins out with it!.
Find some recipes that you like, and cook!. Stay away from pre-packaged pre-cooked foods!. Buy fresh, local produce that is in season, and learn how to properly prepare your food!.
If possible, eat raw or steamed, it will have the most nutrition!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Apples add a sweetness and help the nasty veggie taste!.
Hold your nose when you drink veggie juice!.
Or just don't drink veggie juice!.
Eat veggies!. Or don't!. Trust your intuition!. Genetics are different for everyone!. !. Www@FoodAQ@Com

hey lady i dont know what you are talking about - veggies are absolutely delightful and with the right blend of flavours you will feel you cant get enough !!
i do not recommend making them into a smoothie though ! have to say i dont like celery either!. but there are so many other things you can do with a variety of highly versatile and nutritious vegetables that are bursting with vitamins and can be made very tasty!. here are some of my ideas plus some great recipes:
> chop potatoes and carrots into 1 inch pieces and boil for about 8-10minutes, add frozen peas and boil for another 2-3 minutes, then drain them, mash them up, sprinkle some salt, pepper and a dash of butter - DELICIOUS MASH !!!
> finely chop tomatoes, carrots, onions, leeks and courgettes!. heat 1 spoon of olive oil, add a few pinches of oregano in it and fry all the vegetables in there for about 5-6 minutes, add salt and then add boiled potatoes or canned chick peas and cook for another 5 minutes!. add a dash of water if it starts looking dry!. eat with rice or nans!. YUM!

AUBERGINES are one of my favourite vegetables you can make so much with them !!
http://www!.bbc!.co!.uk/food/recipes/databa!.!.!.
Chef Anjum Anand made a very good Gujarati recipe called Oondhiyo in her latest "Indian Food Made Easy" programme, it is a fantastic recipe and tastes just great - try it !!

and if you are anything like me, you will love experimenting how you can add veggies to your everyday meal without making it seem like a seperate task!. it is quite simple - for example add chopped carrots and peas to your pasta when its boiling instead of eating plain sauce and pasta!! just try to be imaginative and try to make it part of your lunch and dinner then you wont have to buy V8 or make smoothies!.
