Is there a cafeine substitute for coffee?!
I like to be energetic and hyper but when I wake up I'm so tired and I don't like drinking coffee because it stains your teeth, I like drinking hot cocoa in the morning but it isn't the same as coffee, is there a caffeine substitute for coffee!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try an apple, if you do a little research you will see although it doesn't have caffeine, if you have an apple in the morning you will feel similar results!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Tea of course also has caffeine, but will also stain your teeth!. I'd suggest drinking a caffeinated beverage that you enjoy, or trying to stop drinking caffeine!. You can use a straw to prevent it from getting on your teeth, and you can be good about brushing after meals!.
Trying to be energetic is great when you wake up!. Have you thought about trying to get some exercise first thing!? It will kick start your body and get you going for the day (though the first couple times you will get tired earlier in the evening than usual)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have never liked the taste of coffee, tea, pop or energy drinks (I know, I'm picky!. Basically all I drink is water), however, I like the effects of caffeine!. I buy No-doze at Walmart for less than $3!. Each pill is equal to one cup of coffee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Pro Plus is a caffeine tablet that has the same amount of caffeine (two tablets) as strong cup of coffee!. It works, and because it's not an energy drink, it won't rot your teeth!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Agree with poster above!. Apples, specifically green apples work better than coffee/caffeine especially in the morning!. Not only that, you get a whole lot of vitamins and fiber too!. And without additives and chemicalsWww@FoodAQ@Com
Black Tea is has a little less caffeine but it has other stuff in it that make you process the caffeine a little slower so it stays in your system longer!. and you don't get jittery!.

I enjoy drinking tea!. Black tea has caffeine, but not as much as coffee, so you won't get jittery!.
Many colas also have caffeine, but I don't recommend them because most sodas have high fructose corn syrup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
