Question: What are some things to say to myself, to make me stop eating so much!?
im not fat haha!.
But i could stop eating a little!.
I dont eat breakfast,
but I come home, and I eat a HUGEE lunch, and then HUGEEE DINNER!.

and then after dinner ill have snacks!.!.!.and i need to stop!.!.!.

so what are some reallyyyyyy goooddd things i can say to myself, to tell me to stop eating!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Have you tried making less food for lunch!? Sometimes simply having to get up and cook more food or get another sandwich together is enough to deter some people from eating more!. People eat what is there, and many people "clean" their plate even when they are not hungry!.

You could try rating your hunger on a scale of one to ten!. If you really are feeling hungry than eat something!. If you can say to yourself that my hunger is only at a 2, you may be able to reason with yourself that you do not need to eat another snack, and are only eating it for the sake of eating!.

After eliminating the huge dinner and lunch problem(by fixing less, and also rating your hunger), you could work on the amount of snacks by setting a certain number aside!. Where do you keep your snacks!? I also put mine away from all the junk food and in their own place!. You could determine how many snacks you want per day and put them in a small container away from all the other food!. When the after lunch snack rolls around, you go to the container(and there is only two or three choices that you placed in there in the morning), and choose one of the snacks!. You may be able to tell yourself that if you eat the other two snacks, you will not have any snack to choose from after dinner!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well!. I don't think there's anything you can say to yourself!. Just try to restrain from eating as much as you do!. If you don't have any health problems it could be concerning that you are eating so much more at lunch and dinner!. If you are an athletic person, I would say that what you're doing is okay!. If you're not very active, you may just want to find meals that are filling and nutritious at the same time!.
Make sure that all your meals are balanced!. Try eating breakfast at least 3-4 times a week!. =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eat breakfast and don't starve yourself all day!. Eat some snacks during the day so you done binge and snack all night!. That will make you gain weight!. If you are going to eat the big meals you should eat them earlier in the day when you are more active!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
