As a vegetarian, I have to say that they're not my favorite thing in the world!. Although I'm extremely pleased with how they're doing their best to stop cruel animal slaughter, sometimes it seems as if they forget about their own species, and they care more about animals than humans!. Plus, I think they tend to go over the top with many things, they do!. Maybe if they tried a more peaceful approach to things, they could get their message across more effectively!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I think PETA aka People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals does a magnificent job at what they are doing and what they do!.
PETA has made a difference in the world!. They touch thousands of peoples life's that cause them to become vegetarian or vegan!.
They have a wonderful Action Center which helps you get involved in the process of saving and influencing people to stop eating or buying at certain stores!.
If you have not made the switch to vegetarian or vegan you should!. Trust me it will be the best choice you ever have or ever will make in your life!. PETA makes all of that happen!.
You also feel great inside that you know you have saved an animal!.

There are a lot of things about them that I support!. I like that they're spreading the word about the fur/meat industry, but I don't like the way they go about it!. They attack too much!. If people out of their own interest go on to Peta!.org to inform themselves, then great! They should definitely put whatever they want on their website!. But they shouldn't throw flour at people with fur coats or hate people that don't agree with their beliefs!. To each their own, right!? Personally I like the Peta website because it comes in handy when I'm looking for animal friendly products, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
At the base level, their mission is respectable!.!.!. but their methodologies and antics are waaaaay too "out there" to make any real change occur with the general public!. I mean, come on, you can make more of a difference by presenting facts and health benefits, etc!. than by sending letters to ice cream manufacturers telling them to make their deserts with breastmilk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
They kill animals!. They objectify women!. They support domestic terrorism groups!.

they are a succesful animal welfare organization!. can't be an animal rights organization if you kill animals even though the dogs and cats they euthanize have no where else to go!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
While I am glad that they support animal rights and are getting a message out- I question their information and actions too often!.
