as I said I'm pregnant and I'm vegan, I really am craving stuffing very badly!? does anyone know if it's ok for me to eat!? does it contain animal products!? I'm really dying for it and the consumer hotline is closed! can anyone please help me!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eat whole, natural foods!. Fruits, nuts, grains, beans, vegetables, and legumes is what you want!. Nothing processed, and that includes things like tofu or fake meat products!.
Remember, the baby hasn't eaten anything so it can't crave specific foods!. However, your body begins to crave foods it knows will give it nutrients that it's lacking!. If you crave dairy, you're most likely lacking calcium, so eat lots of things like kale and spinach!. If you're craving meat, then you're most likely lacking protein, so load up on beans, grains, and vegetables!. This is how you can still give into the cravings, but not for the specific food craved!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I always make vegan stuffing for thanksgiving! Its super easy!.
-vegan bread(dried out, cut in cubes)
- veg broth
-whatever fruits/nuts/veggies you want
-spices of your choice(nutritional yeast gives it a hearty flavor)
Mix it together and bake it for 30-40 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
