Is home-made juice good for health?!
I've heard some people say juice isn't that good because of the high sugar levels, but aren't they naturally occuring sugars!?
OK, for example I had a carrot, orange, cucumber, celery, strawberry juice with my dinner tonight, is drinking juice a good thing or a bad thing!?
I've had too many conflicting info on the topic!.
All insight appreciated, thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Shure it is :) It contains things that fruit or vegetable contains!. Nothing else if u don't add it ;)
And yes, they're more healthy than juices u can buy in stores, because all they do is to mix the fruit and then they take out the water and that waits in storehouse until they don't package them and add water!.!.!.but there r many different juices!.!.!.!.for example - orange juice!. U can get juice with only 10% really an orange in it and there is other water and artificial sugars, colors and aromas!. The healthiest are ones who writes 100% on the box, but even these definitely have some artificial aromas in there!.
So I suggest that if u want to drink juice, make it at home or easily just eat some fruit and have glass of water ;)Www@FoodAQ@Com

are you talking about home-made juices you blend yourself, or those you get it off-shelf from supermarkets!? if its the latter, its not very nutritious coz its not natural sugar and is not exactly REAL blended!. so i suggest you don't buy them!. not very fresh too!.
however, if you make those juices yourself, its natural sugar, hence the juice does have A LITTLE BIT of nutritious value!. its just a little!. veryyyyy little!. thats because when the fruits are blended, the vitamins are lost!.
whatever it is, eating REAL FRUITS is the best and most nutritious:DWww@FoodAQ@Com

yes it is very healthy because when you get it at them store they add sugar but you really don't need the sugar because fresh juice has naturally accruing sugar and which doesn't damage your health and is very good for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I can see little wrong with juice however it seems to me that the whole fruit or vegetable would be even better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
it's healthy, just don't keep it in the fridge longer than 15-20 hours!. That's when unhealthy stuff start forming (chemical reactions)Www@FoodAQ@Com
