Answers:
Advantages- You get the satisfaction of knowing that you are a true vegetarian!. And a lot of meat is fattening!. It can be a quite healthy diet

Disadvantages- It makes it slightly harder to eat out all the time!. You have to answer to annoying anti vegetarians sometimes (but you get good at this) You really need to read the ingredients on like everything because you would be surprised at what isn't vegetarian (Mcdonalds french fries, starburst candy)

Vegan is when you don't eat ANY animal product!. No milk no butter, no eggs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The only real disadvantage is the inconvenience!. It can be difficult to eat out, and most definitely difficult at the start when you first try grocery shopping as a vegetarian!.

Going vegan is harder still!. Vegan is no animal products whatsoever!. Interestingly, I've cut out most of the eggs/dairy from my diet as well as the meat (I'll only eat eggs & dairy that are certified organic now) and I've gained weight and I'm looking healthier!.

It's mostly a positive choice!. Just be prepared to be disappointed at outings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Veganism is a lifestyle refraining from the use of all animal products due to a philosophy of "least harm" (makeup tested on animals, no dairy products, etc!.)

Ordering out in a restaurant is much more difficult as a veg!. People can be mean and judgemental about it!. It's hard to participate in family gatherings revolving around a meat-based dinner!.

Healthwise, being a vegetarian has virtually no problems (unless you don't get a varied diet)!. Vegans can lack b12 and omega 3s,but all people need more omega 3s for brain health!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hmm!.!.!. There are a few disadvantages!. But mature people can rise above them!.
They are:

Eat out can be a pain!. I really don't want to pick between salad with our salad without tomatoes!.
People in school are idiots!.
No one thinks I'm eating healthily!. I'm eating 5 times as much veg as you and it's "unhealthy"!?!
I sometimes have a really, really bad craving for some decent chocolate!. Not available where I live!.!.!.
I don't know what I'm going to do on my school trip!.!.!. They barely cater for veggies let alone vegans!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

vegan- you don't eat any dairy , like cheese , milk !.
you don't eat eggs !.
wear wool , silk and stuff !.
