Question: Which foods in the United States typically have a lot of hormones!?
I know that milk at least at one time usually had a lot of hormones in it, but I do not know if it still does!. however, what other foods typically have higher hormone levels either naturally or artificially!. And do these hormones also add to quicker physical maturation!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

beef, lamb and milk!. Cows in this part of the world are milked late into a pregnancy, which increases the hormone content of their milk regardless of whether they're injected with hormones!. Though, skim milk is low in hormones because hormones store in the fat!.

red meat, like beef especially, and non-organic milk have lots of synthetic hormones!. Your body produces its own hormones and changes happen in different ways as you age!. At some point hormones stop production!. My personal belief is that synthetic hormones are harmful to children and should be avoided if possible!. Tofu and soy milk are loaded with phytoestrogens, which acts like estrogen in the human body!. Soy is loaded with other anti-nutrients and toxins too, most occurring naturally!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
