Help! I really need your advice!?!

Question: Help! I really need your advice!!?
I am a vegetarian and I want/need to take a daily vitamin!. The vitamin that seems to be the best for me has one problem: it uses fish oils! (Or omega 3 fatty acids I guess) Am I breaking my vegetarianism!? Honest answers please!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
yes you are!. there are alternatives for omega 3!.
(beans, walnuts, flaxseed, winter squash, olive oil!. smart balance buttery spread makes one that contains flaxseed!.)

have youtaken a blood test!?
are you sure you need a multivitamin!?
are you sure you need one w/ omega 3!?
that specifically has to be fish oil!?

Why not get a multivitamin!.
And then get a flaxseed omega 3 vitamin!.
Take both of them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, fish are animals, so fish oil is an animal product!. It's technically not vegetarian, but it's completely your decision how strict you want to be!. You wouldn't get arrested if you took them and still called yourself a vegetarian!. You can get specific vegetarian vitamins if you're concerned about it; look at health food stores if you can't find them elsewhere!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would think that would depend on why your a vegetarian in the first place!. If its a health issue, than it wouldn't matter, fish oil is extremely healthy and beneficial!. If your a vegetarian because your an animal lover and would never eat a living thing, than it may go against your moral code!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can get Omega 3's that are not animal based!. Does it specify fish oil!? If not then it may be plant based!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
