Healthy Vegitarian????!
Ok, so for my own personal reasons i want to become a vegitarian!.!.!.!. I'm underweight, but theres alot of meat and things, I really dont like, What can I do to help me gain weight become a vegitarian, & stay healthy!.!.!.!.!.!.!?!?!?

Number one: It is spelt 'Vegetarian'
Try stacking up on carbohydrates and proteins!. These would include Pastas,Rices,Potatoes and Bread (preferably white as it has a higher fatty content in it)

I gave up meat when I was 12 because I just didn't like the taste of it!. If you follow a balanced vegetarian diet you will get back to your normal weight!.

Make sure you're on a rounded diet and eat your meals fully!. Oh, and eat food that are fatty, like corn!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
