What are your fave vegan recipes!?

I'm vegetarian but want to try some vegan recipes!. I don't really want to go into too much things like fake cheese etc!. though!. And how to make it please!?

Veganized Aunt Ritas Hotdish

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

6 oz!. dry macaroni, cooked by package directions
1 can condensed tomato soup
prepared nutritional yeast sauce***
12 oz!. frozen burger-style crumbles (Morningstar Farms or Boca work well)
pinch of marjoram
pinch of thyme
salt and pepper to taste
***nutritional yeast sauce***:
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
2 cups water
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1!. Prepare nutritional yeast sauce by whisking all ingredients in a saucepan until thickened to the consistency of a thinner gravy!.

2!. Brown soy protein crumbles in a little oil in a large skillet!.

3!. Add can of tomato soup and mix well!.

4!. Add entire amount of nutritional yeast sauce and mix well!.

5!. Add cooked noodles, mix and allow to simmer at a very low temperature for about 30 to 40 minutes, stirring often to avoid burning or sticking!.

Serves: 4

Veggie lasagna!.!.made useing Egg Plant cut length-wise!.!.meatless tomato sauce!.!.plus sliced tomato's!.!.oregano and Blk!. Pepper!.!.or Basil and mushrooms!.!.useing tofu!.!.ricotta cheese!.!.mozzerella!.!.also small diced LEEKS!.!.diced green pepper!.!.or RED Pepper(diced)!.!.and the Lasagna Pasta!.!.I will egg-wash and flour the eggplant(then)FRY in VEG!.Oil!.!.I use Lasagna Pasta that needs to be boiled first--but I leave it "firm" because the liquid in the Casserole(and I store the cooked pasta in water)will add that last bit of moisture!.!.SO ADJUST your Tomato's accordingly!.!.TOFU+Riccotta is really delicious!.!.adding the mozzerella is great also!.!.BUILD IT!.!.and they will come!.

Raw Apple-Kiwi Pie

Crust:
3 cups almonds
3/4 cup honey dates
1 tsp!. vanilla

Filling:
1/3 raisins
1/3 dates (chopped)
1/3 apples (shred)
1/4 - 1/2 tsp!. cinnamon
1 tsp!. vanilla

Topping:
sliced kiwi

Mix crust ingredients in food processor!. Spread out in circular pie pan and form crust!.

Recipe from Japan
Chop the scrubbed dandelion roots into thin rings!. Saute these in vegetable oil, using about one tablespoonfull of oil to one cup of chopped roots!. Then add a small amount of water, a little salt then cover the pan!. Stew until the dandelion roots are soft and most of the moisture and added water have evaporated!.
