i actually really like tempeh (you can find it at some grocery stores like whole foods)!. it's made from soy but is a LOT firmer than tofu!. I just like to stir fry it with some soy sauce so it's a little crispy and then mix it with some noodles or veggies or whatever!. it doesn't have an overpowering taste and absorbs the taste of whatever you're cooking it with, also it doesn't have a wierd texture like tofu does!. I think it's really good and definitely worth trying!Www@FoodAQ@Com
i like tempeh!. you can cook it many different ways!. it has more texture than tofu so i like it better!. and its a good source of protien!. beans and nuts are also good for protien!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Spaghetti, and make the meat sauce with soy ground beef!. Boca and Morning Star have baggies soy ground beef!. Both are pretty good!. You can make a great sauce out of them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
