What seemed to happen was it turn out just fine until I put it in oven!.!.!.is there a possibilty if could of been the cooking spray I sprayed on the pan so it didn't stick!? It got really oily and I dumped TONS of oil out!.!.!.It was a different pam spray though!.!.!.it had vegies on the bottom like on the spray and had different name!.!.!.should I try a different cooking spray or any other ideas!?

Check out the recommendation for silken tofu http://theppk!.com/veganbaking!.html

I have only used egg replacer in cake and cookies, so I have no experience with the brownies!. But that vegan cookbook author at that website says silken tofu works with brownies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It must be something in the packet mix that is reacting with the egg replacer!. I doubt it is the cooking spray as you would have used such a small amount!.

Have you tried baking brownies with the egg replacer from scratch!? If that works then you will know it is something in the packet mix!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
