Heres a really nice receipe that you could follow:
Veggie fajitas: Saute red onion and bell peppers in garlic infused olive oil!. Salt and pepper to taste!. Mix in 1/2c salsa!. Fill whole wheat tortillas with the veggie mixture!. Lunch solved!. (Italian style, add spaghetti sauce to the veggies and serve on a bun or mix with Lima beans and rice)
Take the fajitas a step further and make them a salad!. Add the Fajita mixture to a bowl of green lettuce, add some black and red beans!. Add some avocado or tomatoes if you'd like!. Use salsa as dressing!.
I also like taquitos filled with potatoes and bell pepper!. Cut potatoes and bell pepper into strips!. Roll in a corn tortilla and fry!. Dip in guacamole or salsa!.
Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I use vegetarian steak strips!. They are so good when mixed in with onions and green peppers!. First, I put a little olive oil in the pan!. Then, I put the chopped strips of green peppers and onion in the pan!. I let them get done for a few minutes!. Next, I put in the steak strips and turn the heat up to about medium high!. For seasoning I use chili powder and fresh garlic or garlic salt!. If using fresh garlic, put it in at the last minute so it doesn't burn!. Then, when the onions and green peppers are all caramelized, but still crunchy, its done! Make sure you really cook the steak strips though, if they don't have kind of a crunchy coating on them, they taste a little rubbery!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I would use just a little bit of cumin and chili powder, sprinkled on in the last few seconds before taking the bell peppers and onions off the grill/out of the pan!. also I like to use a sour cream substitute because I like the way it tastes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
not sure what to tell ya, but onions, garlic, good olive oil, and spices such basil oregano, etc!. It depends on what kind of flavors you like!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
What about using liquid smoke and a packet of taco seasoning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
