Question: How long can you store cooked quinoa in the refrigerator!?

I made a dish with quinoa a few nights ago and was wondering if it would still be good to eat!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i personally wouldn't go past 5 days!. If there is no milk in it or anything, 5 days is probably safe!. maybe even 7!. but 5 just to be safe!. If there is milk or anything perishable in the quinoa, I would toss it after a few days!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
