Do Vegans Have A Lot Of Diarea?!
Answers:
Healthy vegans should not experience diarrhea any more than the general populace!.
In fact, one of the most common causes of diarrhea in adults (lactose) is non-existent in a vegan diet!.
Of course, if vegans over-consume certain products which contain certain sugar substitutes (usually "sugar-free" ice cream or cookies), they may experience a reaction!. If vegans take digestive enzyme products in an attempt to counteract over-eating, they will like experience a reaction!.
If, on the other hand, vegans eat natural foods, they should not expect to experience diarrhea except in the case of illness!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
