I remember someone complaining about gaining weight, so I asked her what she was eating!. She listed a salisbury steak, and I told her that it was just loaded with fat and calories (I knew the one she was eating)!. She said, "But, it's PROTEIN! Isn't protein good for you!?"
I said, "Strawberries are good for you, but if you load them up with whipped cream, chocolate, and butter, you could hardly consider that a health food!."
So I say the same thing to you, my friend!. Just because vegetables exist in the product doesn't mean it's a healthy product!Www@FoodAQ@Com

crescent rolls and cream cheese aren't the best choices, both are loaded with a pile of calories you could do without!.
It would be better to make veggie pizza's on an unleavened bread, pike pita or naan and hold the cream cheese in favor of a small amount of shredded!.
However you could be eating worse things!. There is nothing wrong with the occasional indulgenceWww@FoodAQ@Com

Are you talking about something that you bought frozen!? No, it is not good for you!. Quick, go dig out the box from the trash and read the ingredients!.
Frozen prepared food products tend to contain a lot of hydrogenated fat, sugar, preservatives, non-nutritive "fillers", etc!.
Inform yourself as to what natural ingredients are, and what ingredients you are willing to put into your body, and then read the ingredients listings on packages you are thinking about buying before you make a decision!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
