I don't want to go full raw?!


Question: I don't want to go full raw!?
I'm already vegan!. forever will be!. just trying to detox and lose some weight while i'm at it!. i also do track and dance!.
December 20,21,27,28, 2008- eat raw (so every weekend till 2009)
Janurary 3,10, 17, 24, 31, 2009- eat raw (so every saturday in january)
and then once a month for the rest of my life

do you think this will help me lose weight!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, if you are eating raw whilst doing moderate exercise you will lose weight as when people are on a raw diet it is almost impossible to get high amounts of "bad" fats and such in their diet!.
I do believe you feel better on a raw diet, I eat raw 95% of the time and I ate cooked food twice yesterday and it made me feel irritable and angry and depressed!.
I strongly believe raw food is best!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the more raw the better!. i think it will help you lose weight, it is low fat

try psyllium husk and bentonite with your detox
and 8 glasses of filtered water a dayWww@FoodAQ@Com
