What are some good healthy breakfast ideas?!
Right now I am having oatmeal with some almonds, dried blueberries, goji berries, and dried banana chips thrown in!. What do you like to have for breakfast!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

This morning I had some cereal with chopped banana, skimmed milk, tea and orange juice!.
To make your breakfasts healthier, try added loads of fruit to the meal!. Try cereal with lots of chopped fruit and then your orange/apple juice!.
Try using skimmed milk instead of full fat or if you are vegan, use some rice milk!.
Eggs are always healthy as long as you get rid of the egg yolk!. So egg whites with fruit (or maybe even chopped veggies thrown in to make an omlette)

2 eggs over easy with fried tomatoes and toast!. I find that having a high protein breakfast helps me get through the day better than a bowl of cereal!.
