Vitamins supplements should only be used in conjunction with a varied healthy diet, definitely NOT instead of!.

As a teenage I never ate fruits and vegetables and I am paying for it now in my mid 30’s with serious health issues!.

You should try to have some fresh raw fruit and fresh raw vegetables everyday – even one piece would be a great start!.

Honestly, when you get to my age, you will thank me for this advice!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Please learn from my past mistakes!.

There are so many ways you can incorporate fruit and vegetables into your life without any drama or even trying too hard:

Home-made fresh fruit and vegetable juices

Buying fresh fruit and vegetable juices from a juice bar

(I am talking about the juice bars that make the juice in front of you - not nutritionally dead bottled juice)

Adding a handful of strawberries and blueberries to your morning cereal

Add a couple of bananas and strawberries to some sort of milk (dairy milk / soy milk / rice milk / nut milk) and blend them up to make a shake!.

Add a couple of bananas and a handful of spinach and blend them with water to make a green smoothie!.

Baked date stuffed nutmeg apple, served with a small serving of (home-made) vanilla ice-cream – makes a great dessert!.

Make pumpkin soup and serve it with garlic bread!.

If you try for a variety of ways of consuming fresh fruit and vegetables, you certainly won’t get bored and you may even ignite your taste buds!.

I have a book called “Five-a-Day Fruit & Vegetable Cookbook” by Kate Whiteman, Maggie Mayhew and Christine Ingram!.

“Over 200 recipes to ensure you achieve the health experts’ recommended five-portion daily minimum for you and your family”!.

Maybe you should look into buying it too!.

I promise you, you will regret it in the (not too distant) future, if you don't put healthy eating plans in place now!.

I hate to burst your bubble, but the best sources of vitamins and minerals ARE fruit and vegetables!.

Vitamins are okay if they are taken in addition to eating a balanced diet, but they should not and cannot be a cure-all!. You really need to vary your diet instead of taking a synthetic version of what your bod needs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No fruit or veggies!? That's not healthy, honey!. Take vitamins for sure, but you also need to work at getting produce into yous diet!. Your body doesn't process man made vitamins as well as it does vitamins from food!. Whole fresh fruits and veggies are best, but at least drink some juice/smoothies etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

vitamin pills don't replace the real thing!. What do you have against wholesome fruits!? Go buy a bunch of grapes,a few mangos, carrots, and some watermelon for your sake!. Your body will thank you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
