Question: Can you actually lose weight by eating things like Morning star Veggie Dogs!?
they are supposed to be vegetarian!.!.!.
but they are hot dogs!.!.!.
and i will probably cut them up into little pieces (so i dont eat the bread)
and they are only 80 calories!?
but idk how much fat and stuff would stay in my body!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's not just the calories it's the fat in them!.

They are Hot Dogs made from SOY!.!.there is no meat!. I personally avoid all unfermented soy products!. But them being hot dogs is not the issue
You can eat a huge amount of other foods veggies, salads, fruit, brown rice with less fat & more filling!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I wouldn't make that your whole diet!. You need other things too!. I think the veggie dogs are delicious!. They actually taste like a hot dog!. I was shocked the first time I tried them!. You may or may not lose weight!. It all depends on what other things you eat, how much of it you eat and/or if you exercise!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I lost a lot of weight going vegetarian, and some of my diet includes the hot dogs for dinner!. and they taste good, so just eat one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Weight loss is from eating less calories than you burn!. So, if you usually eat 200 calories and switch to 80, then yes, you may lose weight!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
