I think I maybe had too much beet(root) juice?!

Question: I think I maybe had too much beet(root) juice!?
I dunno, I normally have beetroot juice once or twice a day (I mix it with other things as well) and I've never had red urine or really fast heart rate!.
But last night I shifted to organic beetroots and after juicing them this morning (and drinking them, LOL) my heart rate is going nuts and I've urinated red twice!.
Should I be concerned or is this normal from using higher grade beetroot!?
I normally use 1 medium to large size beetroot in my juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I'm not sure if eating beet root juice is associated with heart rate, but red urine would be normal if you are switching to organic!. Don't know why, but I figure you are getting a purer source!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

beets can cause red urine

it may be reactive hypoglycemia!. but you probably want to check with your doctor!.

2 causes of Heart symptoms AND Red urine

Organic beets are sensational in taste but they also pack a powerful punch!.

If I juice organic beets, I can only have one!.

Where as I would have two or three non-organic in a juice - which shows how lacklustre non-organic is!.
