Answers:
Vegetarian diet is loaded with vitamins provided your diet includes a lot of different vegetables!. The real worry is protein!. Without meat, eggs or dairy you'll need a lot of nuts and legumes!. The key is a balanced vegetarian diet!. There are many books on the subject!. The US Air force did a study 30 years ago with vegetarians and the physical performance of total vegetarians was almost double that of the carnivores!. A Seventh-day Adventist web site could be helpful!. They have been at this for over 150 years!. Kellogg is a name that you might know from the Adventist populated town of Battle Creek!.

Get your vitamins from the food you eat and the life style you live!. My doctor says that there has never been a study to prove that vitamin pills really work!. Clinical theory however suggest you take the pills!. I hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You don't need to take any vitamins or supplements!. You can get plenty of protein from beans, nuts, soy and eggs!. If you lose a lot of weight, I can only say it's because you aren't eating as much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

why don't you learn more before you decide on anything!? Isn't is common sense that you should at least know what's it about before you decide to be something!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Up your dose of greens!. NOt vegetables, but greens!. This will give you everything you need!. Try reading "Green for life" by Victoria Boutenko!.!.!. she offers Solutions and great recipes too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
