No being a vegetarian will not affect your chances of having children!. The anorexia may have, but your current vegetarian diet will have no affects on your fertility!.
As will everyone, omnivore or otherwise, ensure your diet is a balanced one!. You won't want to be thinking about kid yet anyway being only 16 (I would hope anyway!) so just work on getting yourself healthy!. If you are really concerned about the effects anorexia may have had on your fertility you should see a doctor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's understandable that you are concerned about your future!. Your eating disorder may have contributed to some health concerns!.!.!. but now you are on the road to recovery!.
Eating vegetarian (if you make good, healthy choices in doing so) will help repair your body of the dammage you did to it!.
I commend you for thinking of your future in such a way!. But I wouldn't worry too much!. The people telling you that you won't be able to have children are not doctors, I"m guessing!.

You should be asking your doctor this question!. Being a vegetarian will not decrease your chances of having a child, but having an eating disorder like anorexia can!. Your 16 now so If you start eating a balanced vegetarian diet you should be just fine by the time your ready to have babies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Being a vegetarian should not hinder you from having a child!. I know many vegetarians who have had kids with no problems!. My aunt had 4!.
Being 16 your cycle could still be adjusting itself, especially since you stopped having it for a while!.
Keep yourself healthy and if you are concerned about missed periods you may want to make an appointment with your dr!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your periods are related to weight and iron levels!.
The female body has a natural defence mechanism where it stops the chances of you having children if you are too light!.
There is nothing to say you will not live a full and healthy life on a vegetarian diet, including having children!.
Best wishes with it, please, try to read up on a healthy veggie diet so your future is bright and healthy:

You mention a few times you are "worried"!. That is perhaps the most concerning here, not whether you are a vegetarian or not!. Worry can eat away at you and make you unhealthy just as much as an unhealthy diet!.
take care!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
