Vegetarian who eats lots of carbs? white flour actually ;p?!
this is my third month of becoming an ovo-lacto vegetarian!. in the first couple of weeks i traded all my meat intake to sugary food, i ate mostly chocolate, cheese, etc!.
then, i changed my diet to really eating healthy stuff,
now, i slip again, i eat mostly food made from white flour, like noodles,pasta, white rice, and eat little vegetables n fruits!. i cant seem to resist them, and now sometimes i feel dizzy, starting to get headaches more often, and i do take pills to kill them, which only last temporarily ;p!.
does this has anything to do with my diet!? well, not to mention i'm below 20 n above 17!. lolWww@FoodAQ@Com

When people eat to many carbs they tend to get sleepy and sluggish!. So I would say if you have trouble eating fruits and vegetables, try drinking them instead!. V8 has a great selection of juices for both!. Just, if you get the vegetable juices, get low sodium!. It's better for you!.
I have this problem too!. I just try to think of every possible food I like and eat them!. Even if I don't like it sometimes, it's better then feeling awful all the time from to much carbs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Replace your pasta, rice, and unhealthy choices with a green drink!. You can buy prepared green drinks at your health food store, or make the real thing by putting greens and mixed fruits in your blender!. It sounds gross!.!.!. but within a week I bet your symptoms will disappear, and your need for medication will cease to exist!.

Your body is adjusting to all the changes in your diet!. That's probably why your getting headaches!. Are you eating any protein!? You should buy either some tofu, boca burgers, or other soy products!. This will give you the essential protein you need along with other nutrients!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
See you are missing a lot of your nutrition when you become a vegetarian!. Some vegetarians eat seafood and chicken and you can do the same thing!. I would really help your health and your headaches will go away!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
People who claim vegetarians are somehow deficient just because they're vegetarian are wrong!. They know zero about nutrition!. Ask the American Heart Association, the American Dietetic Association, the Mayo Clinic, or your own registered dietitian, or countless other organizations and professionals!. In fact the ADA says, "Vegetarians have been reported
to have lower body mass indices than nonvegetarians, as well
as lower rates of death from ischemic heart disease; vegetarians
also show lower blood cholesterol levels; lower blood
pressure; and lower rates of hypertension, type 2 diabetes,
and prostate and colon cancer"
and the AHA states, "Many studies have shown that vegetarians seem to have a lower risk of obesity, coronary heart disease (which causes heart attack), high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus and some forms of cancer!. "
Vegetarian diets can be the extremely healthful, but not if you're eating only garbage like refined foods, or eating no vegetables and fruits!.
