Whats the most unethical animal product?!

Question: Whats the most unethical animal product!?
Answers:
i think all meat, but for me the most unethical has to be

LAMB or VEAL (baby animals slaughtered while they are still suckling its just disgusting)

and FOE GRAS - sorry if i spelt it wrong (when ducks are force fed by shoving long pipes down their throat and expanding their liver!.!.!.!. how cruel has man become!?!?)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Oh lordy, thats a good but difficult question- I really dont think I could single out just one!

Foie Gras, Fur, Veal, Dairy- in fact I might actually go for dairy!. It can be argued that there is more suffering in a glass of milk than in a steak as at least the meat cows suffering has come to an end!. The cycle of suffering for the dairy cow continues however, and that of her calves who are denied their own mothers milk and are often put to a swift death!.

Oh but I have heard about restaurants having tables with a cage underneath the middle housing a monkey who's skull is cut open and the customers round the table consume the brain while it is still alive!. Now that is just sick!.

My husbands response is anything that comes from a chicken- eggs and meat, as chickens are arguably the most exploited animal on the planet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wool

The Sheep have to suffer from the heat in the summer!. This is because their is no demand for wool in the summer, only in the winter!. So in the summer the sheep have to grow it out!. Do you know how horrible that is!?!!?!!?!!?!!?! Normally the sheep will shed, but the manufacturers drug them so they just keep growing wool!. For the winter the sheep have all of their wool shaved off, and have to freeze from their wool deprivation!. Thousands of hundreds of sheep die every year because of these wool manufacturers!. This is the cruelest and worst form of suffering ever, they not only have their freedoms tripped away but they are being tortured to the very extent!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

interesting question!

Products that involve pain and discomfort for the animal are bad of course like battery farming and force feeding!. But what about products which come from endangered species like tigers and musk deer!.

(I dont know if musk deer are endangered but it does seem a bit unethical to kill wild animals just to extract something that will make a human smell nice! )Www@FoodAQ@Com

a battery egg

Fur is from an animal which has been killed!. At least its dead afterwards!. A Battery egg is from an animal which is continuously being tortured!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree with the fur answer!.!.!. and anything that involves killing just for vanity-- like Botox injections, which involves testing by injecting a lethal dose into animals!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have seen a preserved moose anus available in an "adult" bookstore
being sold for sexual purposes!. It even advertised on the box!.!.!.!.with real
moose pubic hairWww@FoodAQ@Com

I'll go with ivory like the other user, leather and crocodile skin for ugly purses and boots!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree with Matt - foie gras is just deplorable!.

Veal is too!. As is ivory!.

Those are my votes!. Couldn't decide on just one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

IvoryWww@FoodAQ@Com

Eyeshadow for rabbits!.!.!.how do they keep them still for so long to apply it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
