Ok, so im a brand new vegetarian. where do i go from here?!

Don't worry about getting enough nutrients!. There are plenty of foods with protein in them!. Eggs, nuts, soy and beans have a substantial amount!. If you are use to eating meat more often then any other food group, then I would say for one serving of meat you use to eat, add to servings of any of the other foods I named above!.
Normally one glass of soymilk has 6-10 grams of soy protein in it!. Most nuts have up to 20 grams per serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stay away from "junk vegan" food and you will get all the nutrients you need!.
