o!.k!. - how about a veggie stix platter, with a couple of dips, one of maybe avocado, the other a veggie friendly Ranch, "Follow Your Heart" has a very nice vegan Ranch, you could also have "renetless" cheese stix, & fruit goes nicely on this platter too!. an idea: arrange the stix in the shape of a heart, & have dips in center!.
most veggie foods as long as they are not fried or deep fried will be heart healthy!. good luck! =>:)Www@FoodAQ@Com

All of these don't use any butter or eggs, which are fattening and have cholesterol, but use a small amount of extra virgin olive oil, which is supposed to be the healthiest of all oilsWww@FoodAQ@Com

A heart shaped pizza would be the funnest!. My brother works at a restaurant that has these around Valentines day!. Since you have time to do this, leave plenty of options open!.

You can make your own yeast at home!. Every package will have ingredients for what you want to make, though usually you just add hot water, stir and let it rise!. If you want to get it into the shape of a heart you best bet would be to find a heart shaped cookie cutter and make tiny individual pizzas!.

Add olive oil to the crust, add your sauce and veggie toppings!. Eggplant and tomato go great together, but you can make a mix of different ones if you want!. Then let it bake, and there you go!. Hope you have fun, Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
