Is the rind of a melon edible?!

Question: Is the rind of a melon edible!?
Answers:
Yes, the entire melon is edible!. Of course, they have to be prepared correctly so they'll be palatable and easy to chew!.

I know that watermelon rinds are often used in salads; they add crunch and flavor!. But the rinds have to be diced fairly small, then soaked in a vinaigrette to soften them up!. The same thing ought to work for ANY melon rind!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes, only if Organic though!. my fav way to consume whole melon is juice the entire thing, mmmmmm all that lovely chlorophyll!.
if you are going to eat whole thing make sure it's organic, toxins from pest repellent & other chemicals used in commercial farming gather in the skin of the various fruits & veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes but so is most wood!. I don't think you would get much out of it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
