My personal favorite is morning star, they have a larger variety of fake meats than boca!. Qorn does not have anything vegan because it is a soy free brand, so they use eggs and milk to replace soy!. So Qorn is my least favorite!. I have never tried Lite Life before though, I will have to sometimes!

I"m not a fan of any of them, but a lot of people find that they make the transition to veg a lot easier!. I've eaten the boca crumbles before in tacos!.!.!. They were pretty good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
