What vegetable did I buy? Some kind of Tuber or Corm I think.?!
I bought a bag of tiny vegetables at the farmer's market!. The woman said they were "Crones" and that they are like potatoes!.
I think they look like tiny unicorn horns or like giant insect larvae, they are small (about an inch long) white and bumped or spiraled!.
I tried to look them up and I think they might be some type of "corm" not a "crone" but I couldn't find a single picture of anything similar anywhere!.
I'm a little scared to eat them now!.
Does anyone know what they are or know how to figure it out!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you bought them from a legitimate place then go ahead and try them every sort of way, taste a small piece raw, and then if it doesn't taste right try boiling some of them until tender!.
