ive been a vegetarian for practically my whole life!.

i love being a vegetarian! food is delicious and extremely healthy!.

well!. try beans, stringbeans, corn, carrot, tomatoe, lettuce, cabbage, etc!. all vegetables are great!

use soy sauce or salt to season!.

i like veggie burgers, i mean somepeople ask me why i want to eat imitation meat!. they dont understand!. im not eating it b/c it reminds me of meat!. im eating it cause its delicious and healthy, cause its made of soy products!. boca and morning star are brands for veggie burgers!. they are great!!!

thats my advice!. also, protein shakes are good too! milk and some fruits and the blender makes miracles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can mix and match the following:

- different types of grain (cornmeal, bulgur wheat, barley and oats)
- nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans and walnuts)
- seeds (sunflower, sesame and pepitas/pumpkin seeds)
- peas
- beans (navy, black, pinto and kidney, fava beans etc)
- low fat dairy products
- eggs (unless you're a strict vegan)

When buying rice, go for whole grain unbleached rice!. The same should apply to bread too!.

Many grocery store carry tofu based food like tofu burgers, sausages etc!. If you like Chinese food, they also carry tofu marinated in various sauces!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
