Is this a balanced vegan diet?!
Here is my meal plan for tomorrow!.!. (I am a petite girl so I don't need as many calories like others) This all adds up to 1200 calories and 42 grams of protein!. I know I need more than 1200 calories but I get full too easily and I'm also trying to lose 10 pounds!. So, is there any room for improvement!?
Breakfast
70 calories/2!.5g protein 1/4 cup oatmeal
40/3g 1/2 cup soy milk
40/0g 1/3 of large banana
100/3!.5g 1 tbsp almond butter
90/4g 1 slice whole wheat toast

snacks (throughout the day)
80/1g 2 mini apples
100/3g 1 tbsp peanut butter
80/2g 1 cup blueberries
50/0g 1 tangerine

lunch #1
150/12g 2/3 cup organic cooked fava beans
lunch #2
20/1g 2 cups spinach
50/0g 1 tsp olive oil and lime juice
150/5g 1/4 cup couscous

60/2g steamed broccoli and carrots
120/3g mashed potato
60/2g 2 tsp sesame seeds

Sounds alright!. You may want to add a bit more vegetables into your diet!. Maybe some fruits as well!?
Exercise is needed, so if you can- go out and jog a little- or do some yoga!.
Otherwise, no complaints!. You seem balanced!.

That is good but make sure you do not take excess vitamins, that is just as bad as taking too little vitamins!. And get some excersize, your heart and lungs need it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
