Maybe you've tried this, but a good, fresh pasta dish is taking that orzo pasta and putting in it!.!.!.!.

parm!. cheese
tofu that you cook on the skillet really well
shredded zucchini and yellow squash
black beans
tomato
fresh basil

sounds like a lot, but it's just a really fresh tasting meal!. I always make it when I just feel like I've been eating gross and want to feel better and healthierWww@FoodAQ@Com

You can make a smoothie out of yoghurt and berries, and well!.!. all kind of vegetables really!.!. (I tried with cucumber and melon and that is my favorite so far :P)

For dinner I think that quorn is okay and it's very healthy at least but I have to admit that it is a little boring!.

You can also take an eggplant, cut it in thin slices and then fry it!. Then you can serve it with tomato sauce!.

I'm not a very good cook though so I guess that I didn't have a lot of considerable alternatives, sorry :PWww@FoodAQ@Com

I am vegetarian also!. Here is what is on our list of dinners for this week!. Maybe it gives you some good ideas:

- Vegetarian chimichangas
- Pasta with pesto and sauteed spinach
- Indian dal (lentils) with rice
- Minestrone soup but instead of pastas use tortellini
- Vegetable pot pieWww@FoodAQ@Com

A nice bowl of steamed veggies that you like with a sauce of honey/peanut butter drizzled over it; with vanilla yogurt and favorite fruit for dessertWww@FoodAQ@Com
