Answers:
shop at your local farmers market! the best of the best and definitely from your country!. otherwise check labels of other products and it should tell you where its from!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

there are lots of lorries on the road in the uk at the moment, making sure all you vegans get what you want!.!.!. veg and stuff!.!.!. nuts etc are being hauled all over the country by big huge trucks just to make sure that you all leave an equal footprint on the planet as the rest of us!.!.!.!.
meat is murder!.!.!. but some of them vegan food carriers do run over rabbits and other little cute rodents, taking all this birdfood to the millions of shops you've all convinced should get vegan food stocks!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Farm shops are the best places, Lidl sell a lot of local veggies and some centres offer a veg bag scheme!. I always use local markets!. Eat seasonal as well - check out the charts on line!. The co-op are probably the fairest, greenest supermarket - check out there pulses and lentils!. All so look on the labels of local delis and health food shops!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

All grown in Britain is very difficult, and although your diet could be balanced, it will be very limited and boring, particularly in winter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
