What suppliments do I take? how much vitamins should i take in a day?!
ok so i don't eat that much anymore!.actually i have had a decrease in appetite (not medical caused)
on average i eat one meal a day and have popcorn or a snack bar!.sometimes i will eat two times a day!.
i really dont want to go unhealthy though!.i want to start working out but cant because i am not taking in enough calories!.
i just cant eat more than i do (used to be the other way around!.!.i used to not be able to go 2 hours without feeling hungry but ever since i started portion control, i have been having less and less of a appetite)
Anyways, i plan on drinking one boost drink everyday (but cannot take it forever) and plan on taking a multivitamin a day!.would this be enough to get my vitamins in one day!? should i take two vitamins since i dont get enough out of my diet!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

My surgeon said Flintstone Vitamins were good for anyone!. If they say they are safe for a child and recommend then they are good for all of us!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
taking supplements for how you eat wont help!.!.!. the idea that supplemental nutrition for a non majority nutritional diet will help defies logic!.!.!.!.!. with out the best of meals supplements are meaningless!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No you need to start training your appetite to accept more food!. Synthetic vitamins don't work nearly as well as real ones, and as it says on the vitamin packets, they are a supplement to, not a replacement for a healthy diet!. It'll be hard, since you are not used to it, but what you are doing is unhealthy!. I find bribery works ;) Start by having a small portion of nice fruit for breakfast, like strawberries and cream!. Once you get used to that, add in some wholewheat pancakes or something healthy but tasty!. There's nothing less motivating for your appetite than Wonderbread and plastic cheese!. If you've been looking at portion control, you know how much of each food group you ought to be eating, and how best to spread it out over the day!. So yes, start taking one vitamin per day, to help you through this patch, but you really need to wean yourself onto a more healthy eating plan!. Vitamins and minerals don't work in isolation, they work as part of a whole food and whole diet!. Diet as in style of eating, not miserable plan to make you lose weight!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You seriously need to try an eat more in a day or your body can start to shut down on it self!. you need a certain amount of food/fuel!.!.proteines, minerals, vitamins in a day that taking a pill form just cannot cover your daily needs!.

i understand the not feeling hungry part but you may need to just sort of force yourself to eat a little something!. to have your 3 meals a day!. You do not need to eat a lot but you do need to eat something!.
get fresh fruit and veggies, canned chicken or tuna that can help !.!.!.and its light enough to have with a salad!.
you will need something to help keep your body up, your mind focused an so on, especially to keep functioning and if you want to work out!.
diet safely!.!.!.!.
