Is there a certain time!? I thought you could take it whenever you wanted just so it's once a day!. Probably in the morning!. Whatever time you decide to take it make sure you do it the same time everyday so that it becomes routine so you won't forget to take it!. Good luck with becoming a vegetarian!Www@FoodAQ@Com
