Is wool cruel!?!.!.!.Well as I always say, "if it rhymes its true!."
But seriously wool is very cruel, look it up and you'lll see!. Still its not un-vegetarian if you want to maintain that label!. Vegetarianism is basically a diet!. If you want a cruelty free lifestyle then maybe you should think of going vegan once you have vegetarianism sussed!.

Good luck :)

if you want to be a very pure vegetarian, you should not touch milk and milk products, you should not eat meat you should not wear sandals of leather you should not use woollen clothes and you should not use belts and bags made of leather!.instead you can eat vegetables and lots of spinach !.you can use a acupuncture sandal you can use a plastic belt you can put on a bundle of clothes to keep you warm in winterWww@FoodAQ@Com

vegetarians only stop eating meats, vegans give up everything that has to do with an animal!. You will need to gain protein from somewhere else, so i would suggest eating lots of beans (all kinds)!. some peanut butter will help out, but don't over do it there!. make sure you eat plenty of soy!. The soy burgers and patties from morningstar i quite tasty!. When you eat things like refried beans, make sure they are vegetarian style!. just check the label and it will tell you what all is in the meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
