Does anyone agree with this answer I found on an old question ?!
I was looking at an old vestion about vegan motives and a there was a vegetarian answer which I could not believe!
The person said this: "a vegan is somebody who loves there body, a vegetarian is someone who loves animals and a meat eater loves neither"

I'm vegan, indeed I can about my body!. I also care a great deal
about the suffering of animals!. And of course the environment!.
Those are my 3 reasons for been vegan!.
Vegetarians generally care about the suffering of animals!. I know
some who don't and are vegetarian for status and weight loss!.

I think many meat eat care somewhat about the suffering of
animals but they are either to blind, have been silence and
mislead by parents/peers or just down right suck at life and have
no will power and are just scared to break a social mold or

To Amateras: You suck at life if you think vegans and stuff
cannot exercise!. You are basically an idiot, Please research
stuff before you go claiming and spreading idiotic stuff like that!.
A vegan getting the same nutrients as a meat eat will be able
to exercise much longer due to their weight and stuff!.
And vegans can get all their nutrients easily, I do!. I feel better
since I've been vegan than what I did when I was eating meat!.
For the record, I'm a very sporty person, I skate, Ride dirtbikes,
bodyboard, ride BMX and am an active person in general!.
I have no problem exercising!. Never have!.
To Juju: You also appear to be really dumb!.!. If anything vegans
do care more about the animals than vegetarians!. And we can
burn body fat, thing is most of us are at a healthy weight and
don't have a great deal of body fat left to burn!.
To Marrisa: Nuts and beans are good source of protein yes!.
But not the only source!. And with many foods you can include
beans, even if you just mash a little into your food to make it
a little healthier or what ever!. Soy products are also a good

The only thing I agree about is the vegetarian loving animals!.!.however, not all vegetarians love animals!. Some just don't eat meat because they don't like it or they want to be healthier!.
I don't think a vegan diet is that healthy though!. I mean of course if you're a serious vegan and you know what foods to eat then it can be but I'm sure most vegans haven't done a lot of research and they are lacking a lot of nutrients!. Just from not eating meat I'm lacking some protein!. The only protein food vegans can eat is basically nuts and beans but you can't eat that every single day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Unable to exercise!?
I have a 2 hour basketball practice 5 days a week and at least half an hour is spent doing sprints to get our speed up!
I got my mile time down to 8:15(Thats really good considering my mile time last year was 10:12!)
I exercise a lot and love the feel of it, and i'm vegan!.
Vegans need to exercise to lead a heal;thy lifestyle!
Ok, technically that answer is ok depending on the person!. Some vegetarians do not realize the bad things done to animals in the dairy and egg industry, and so they love animals but do not understand that eggs and milk does hurt the animals!.
If done CORRECTLY veganism is a very healthy lifestyle!

Well I am vegetarian primarily for ethical reasons and vegan primarily for health reasons so I'd say that statement applies to me!. A meat eater clearly doesn't care about the animals (people who say they only eat free range animals and such because they care are just ridiculous) and I'd say a large percentage of them don't care about their health either!. It is possible to eat a healthier meat based diet but it still isn't as healthy as eating a good vegan diet!. Most people really don't make that effort though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i am a cross country runner and during season run about 5 miles per day if not more, i also run out of season for fun!. and im a track runner and during that season run about 4 miles a day!. and i do marching band which involves hours in hot sun marching around a field!. so don't even tell me that vegans don't exercise!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think that people assume that is you eat meat then you will have health problems!.
That is ridiculous !
I know many Vegans and Vegetarians who are frequently ill due to the fact they don't get the right amount of vitamins and minerals!.
