If your afraid of your nutrion on protein because your vegetarian or vegan, I would not worry!. A lot off the plants we eat do have protien in them, just not a day's worth amount!. Some plants like soya, lentils, and last but not least tempeh!. You can actually make a lot of foods with protein like meso soup, peanut better sandwich, and even pasta with some tofu as cheese!. But check out this website for a lot more!.
