Question: Should vegans avoid petroleum jelly!?
someone has told me yes and others no!.
i wasnt sure!.

ibuprofen isn't vegan since it was tested on animals, but all drugs were tested on animals!.

There are no animal products in petroleum jelly (Vaseline)

People don't use it for other reasons, like it's a byproduct of the oil and gas industry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Check the ingredients, is it made from cows!? (gelatin or something similar)!. If you dont wish to rub that on your wounds, then don't!. But if you're not THAT vegan, go ahead!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is made from petroleum ie OIL which is made from millions of years of pressure in the ground!.!.!.!.mostly plants!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
