Answers:
TVP is made from soy (defatted soy flour) is usually sold in granules or chunks, and is good in chili, soups, stews and stir-frys!. Seitan is made from wheat gluten and is usually sold in loaves or slabs!. It makes a good "meatloaf" or "chicken fried steak " Both are sold at Whole Foods and Trader Joe's!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
